Why take this role?

As a DevSecOps Leader at Flashbots, your role is pivotal in ensuring our infrastructure's security, scalability, and reliability. Being part of our lean DevOps team offers a unique opportunity for a talented IC to collaborate closely with product development teams, where your expertise in scaling, securing, and enhancing both production and development environments will be highly valued.

What you’ll do

• Oversee and execute security infra needs across Flashbots

• Collaborate with development teams to monitor, extend, and harden production/development infrastructure with scalability in mind.

• You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our infrastructure systems and CI/CD processes, as well as managing task prioritization and execution.

• You will support deployment and troubleshooting during critical ecosystem events as well as support open-sourcing our software, or release critical products like Suave.

• Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Who you are

• You have over 6 years of experience in DevOps/SRE environments.

• Proficient with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.

• Experienced with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Skilled in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform.

• Proficient with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TravisCI, or CircleCI.

• Familiar with Git and Git-based workflows.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
