Monitor attendance, process payroll, and administer employee benefits and welfare policies in accordance with company regulations. Handle Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and other related employee procedures. Maintain and update employee data and prepare periodic C&B reports as required. Conduct onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new employees understand company policies, procedures, and culture. Manage, update, and maintain employee records and labor contracts accurately, completely, and confidentially. Track periodic employee evaluation milestones, including 2-month, 6-month, and 1-year reviews, as well as other evaluation cycles. Coordinate performance reviews, consolidate results, and prepare accurate and objective HR reports. Participate in developing and improving employee evaluation processes and HR policies in line with the company’s needs. Perform other C&B and HR-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
