In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate our online platform and ensuring their shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. If you are passionate about customer service and possess strong communication skills in Dutch, we would love to have you join our team!

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels regarding their inquiries about products and orders.
• Provide detailed information about available products, promotions, and website functionalities.
• Facilitate the order process by guiding customers through website features, registration, and checkout procedures.
• Quickly and efficiently resolve any customer issues or concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve our services and offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
• Stay updated on product information and company promotions to provide accurate assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce or online retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer management platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer queries effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
