AAA Game, BD/Community Superstar (Crypto/NFT)

What your day is going to look like:

You reach out to partners in the crypto sphere, organize events such as AMA with them and the community, spread out our vision, and build trust and hype around EFAS.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to web3 partners for potential collaborations;
• Organize community events such as weekly AMAs, contests, etc.
• Create intrigue for our project on social media and build a viable and fun community that reaches beyond Discord;
• Generate excitement about new drops, tweeting, curating hangouts, chatting with people on all platforms, and growing community loyalty;
• Identify web3 pioneers on Twitter and elsewhere - proactively engage in getting them excited about our project and bringing them into our community;
• Guide experienced NFT savants, newbies, and everyone-in-between as they learn how to engage with us;
• Identify, source, and manage the appropriate tools to measure the effectiveness of social and community performance and adjust tactics accordingly;
• Proactively identify new trends and relevant changes to the market and share strategies with the team.

Experience and skills:

• 3+ years of experience in leading the business development/marketing efforts of a crypto project and managing crypto communities;
• Experience organizing and being the host of community events;
• Extensive knowledge of all current and emerging trends in the NFT space;
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills;
• A burning passion for crypto;
• Fluency in English (C2 or native speaker).

Bonus:

• Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems & key communities.
