Job Description

This role is hands-on and requires deep engagement across the crypto ecosystem. You’ll meet with teams, conduct due diligence, write internal memos, and present findings to the broader team.

We value writing, curiosity, and critical thinking above resumes or accolades. A strong foundational understanding of crypto and first-principles thinking is essential. Technical expertise—whether in smart contracts, open-source contributions, or token design—is a plus. Founder or entrepreneurial experience is also highly regarded.

This role offers significant autonomy. We expect analysts to proactively identify opportunities and form independent views. Intellectual rigor, self-direction, and deep curiosity are critical.

We want to see the depth of analysis and clarity of defining a thesis. The topic is yours to choose, as long as it's specific and rooted in crypto.

We are not looking for broad macro theses like “AI will revolutionize crypto,” or generic industry overviews. Instead, we want deep, focused insights. You might explore how AI models can integrate with crypto incentives, whether DeSci can reshape capital formation, or why certain token economic models are inherently unsustainable. You might call out an overlooked yet emerging trend and differentiate signal from noise.

There’s no required length— What matters is clarity and depth.
