Associate, Capital Formation (European Market)Job Duties:·     Market research – actively contribute to and build the ongoing mapping of potential investors in French speaking regions in Europe. Monitor trends in European countries’ level of crypto adoption and developments in regulations around crypto investments across jurisdictions.·     Relationship management – source and manage sales opportunities with investors from prospect identification to opportunity close.·     Outbound communications – lead projects aimed at enhancing effective communication with the firm’s European investors using data analytics. Execute on targeted marketing campaigns, using data and market research, to engage prospects through the firm's educational materials.·     Inbound requests – reply to inbound inquiries and technical questions related to crypto and blockchain from potential prospects via email, videoconferences and in-person meetings.·     Steward of data – update and maintain the accuracy of client data within Salesforce, spearhead efforts to ensure client data integrity, embracing responsibility for actively enriching the database.·     Meeting preparation, participation and follow up – prepare and participate in meetings with the Directors and the Head of Capital Formation and current and potential investors. Assist with post-meeting communication, ensuring follow through of any outstanding items discussed during the meeting.·     Roadshow and event planning – organize educational conferences and networking events for prospects and existing clients.Job Requirement: ·     Minimum of 1 year of business development, or sales experience in a financial institution or fintech company·     Minimum of 1 year of business development, or sales experience for products or services related to crypto (e.g. investment strategies, crypto trading or crypto custody)·     Minimum of 1 year of experience analyzing developments within the European investor market in relation to crypto adoption·     Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.·     Demonstrated ability using Excel and Salesforce or other CRM tools.·     Demonstrated understanding of NFTs, crypto, digital collectibles and blockchain technology·     Demonstrated understanding of venture, and/or hedge fund strategies.·     Demonstrated ability working in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment. Required Travel: International travel to Europe 4 times a yearRequired License: No Compensation: 120-180K ***To apply: email your resume to [email protected] with the subject line 'Associate, Capital Formation (European Market)'
