We ship weekly, and you'll be at the forefront of our innovation.Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the development team in architecting and scaling our products, leveraging our React, Laravel, and AWS stack while overseeing migration to Node.js.
• Craft detailed requirements documentation, translating product vision into actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly OKRs for the dev team.
• Analyze data to drive product improvements and optimize our development processes for rapid deployment.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts to grow and strengthen our engineering team.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between engineering efforts and overall company goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong technical background with a product-oriented mindset
• Proven track record of building and shipping successful products
• Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Thrives in a startup environment and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Passion for Web3 and developer education (preferred but not required)
