Responsibilities:
- Review proposed customer onboarding data and evaluate adherence to local regulatory requirementsÂ
- Perform Quality Control checks of Bifinity KYB customers
- Review customers client risk rating on a periodic review
- Escalate suspicious cases, deficiencies and arrange trainings where needed
- Act as an escalation point for issues and liaise with the global compliance ops team to mitigate risks identified
- Assist in managing remediations and KYB related projects
- Assist in internal, external, regulatory and AML audits
- Assist in managing remediations and KYB related projects
- Testing
- Become a member of the Compliance Technical Unit
Requirements:
- Related experience or studies in Legal or Compliance matters
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and writtenÂ
- An “undergraduate” degree level
- Good IT knowledge and able to work independently on assigned tasks
- Knowledge on provisions of Lithuanian laws, Directives, Regulations and otherwise standards applicable to KYB and knowledge of regulation of virtual currencies is a strong plus
