Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Community Manager to generate stimulating and refreshing content for social media platforms.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
• Launch, manage and host community campaigns (AMAs, polls, live streams, giveaways).
• Engage with social media followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Actively follow Facebook, Instagram, and crypto Twitter. Find threads and topics to engage with.
• Edit and manage graphic assets.
• Understanding and sharing of knowledge on local trends, communities, and news.
• Monitor KPIs, traffic metrics, and community growth and engagement.
• Handle marketing communication tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Proven track record of creating content in Traditional Chinese would be an advantage.
• Self-learning personality and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
• Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus.
• Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable.
