Blockchain Analyst

We’re in search of a detail-oriented Blockchain Analyst to dissect on-chain data, identify key trends, and generate insights that guide strategic decisions. Your work will underpin many aspects of ChainSeeker’s development, from optimizing airdrop farming tactics to informing product innovations.

Responsibilities

- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather on-chain metrics related to our vaults, user - transactions, and airdrop performance across multiple protocols.

- Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports that translate raw data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

- Market Research: Continuously survey emerging trends (Layer2 solutions, DeFi, NFT projects), assessing their potential impact and suitability for ChainSeeker’s offerings.

- Risk Assessment: Evaluate protocol security, tokenomics, and ROI potential to minimize risk and maximize yields for our users.

- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to refine ChainSeeker’s airdrop strategies and feature roadmap.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in blockchain analytics, data science, or a related role, ideally in a DeFi or crypto startup.

- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Power BI).

- Sound understanding of Ethereum, Layer2 solutions, and broader DeFi/NFT ecosystems.

- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
