Business Analyst / Project Manager, Finance Technology

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes

Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Create and maintain the projects’ roadmap, milestones and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all key stakeholders are apprised of progress and issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain project documentation
• Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives
• Partner with IT and vendor/s to design, develop and/or enhance solution by combining system, data, process, digital and other automation tools with subject matter knowledge to address business needs
• Assist in production support to ensure smooth operation of the Finance systems to the end users

Requirements

• Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst with a fast paced MNC/startup, candidates with less experience will be considered too
• A data informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the user
• Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Strong strategic vision and innovative mindset
• Always think outside the box
• Proficient in evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies, such as cloud platforms, data analytics, automation tools etc.
• Experience in using AI tools will be a plus
• Prior experience in the Finance transformation space
• Experience in the crypto industry is a plus
