Responsibilities:

1. ldentify and pursue strategic partnerships with other businesses, institutions, andinfluencers in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. Collaborate to enhanceour platform's offerings and expand its reach.

2. Develop and execte strategies to attract new clients to the exchange. Build andmaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive trading volume andrevenue. Collaborate with the team to achieve business development goals.

4. Work closely with the team to promote our exchange platform and its features.Develop marketing campaigns, webinars, and other promotional activities toincrease brand visibility.

5. Generate regular reports on business development activities, key performanceindicators, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies andoptimize performance.

6. Conduct thorough research on the cryptocurrency market, identifying trends andopportunities. Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and competitoractivities through conferences, seminars, and networking events.

7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, collecting feedback to improve our services and address user concerms. Provide insights to the productdevelopment team for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience working in a cryptocurrency trading exchange, with astrong understanding of trading mechanisms and market dynamics.(Preference given to those with CoinCatch trading experience and fmiliarity withFutures trading).

2. Sales and market development experience, with close reatiosins with projectpartners or industry KOLS.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal sills.

4. Possesses the ability to gather information, strong communication skills, and asense of responsibility.

5. Ability to thrive in a fast. paced and dynamic environment.
