Now we are looking for a Business Development Manager in the STON.fi - a decentralized exchange (DEX) built on TON Blockchain smart contracts, enhanced with advantages such as low fees, low slippage, super user-friendly interface and direct integration with the TON wallet.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take on the leading role in business development, seeking new partnerships and clients
  • Promote the idea of DeFi and web 3.0
  • Review and design effective funnel to generate, qualify and convert partnership and fundraising leads and ensure short-term and long-term firm-wide targets are met
  • Establish new partners, technological, business, and investor, through on the ground (door to door) customer conversion, research, personal connections and business referrals
  • Deliver speeches at the events to promote the Company,the concept of DeFi and the TON ecosystem as the most promising foundation for web 3.0 finance
  • Assist the Head of Business Development for all business development related activities

Key Requirements:

  • Strong existing network of potential partners, clients, and investors
  • Recognized in the crypto community
  • Ability to look for a solution even when the problem is not clearly defined
  • True evangelist of  the idea of  DeFi and web 3.0
  • 3+ years of working experience in technology related Business Development field and strong sales track records selling to international Enterprises
  • Experienced in taking charge and delivering overall strategic, tactical and operational planning and deliverables of the Business Development function
  • Will be required to travel occasionally overseas
  • Bachelor/Master Degree holder in Business or Technology related discipline
  • English proficiency
