We are looking for a Investment Advisor / Growth Lead who is passionate about innovative cross-chain and DeFi solutions. The ideal candidate will be based in the USA or work remotely, with extensive connections in the US Web 3.0 market. There is also an opportunity for relocation or visits to Dubai, with moving and travel compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising:
- Strategically engage with crypto and blockchain-focused funds to secure investments.
- Create and deliver persuasive pitch decks and presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with institutional investors, VCs, and private equity funds.
Networking:
- Expand our presence by connecting with top industry players and influencers.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry meetups.
Social Media & Branding:
- Maintain and enhance a strong personal and professional brand on platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Leverage your online presence to promote the company and build credibility within the crypto space.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and onboard strategic partners to enhance project success and visibility.
- Negotiate and close high-impact collaborations.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
Qualifications
Proven Experience:
- Successful track record of fundraising within the crypto or blockchain industry.
- Experience working with well-known, successful blockchain projects.
Communication Skills:
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, especially when pitching to funds.
Crypto Expertise:
- Deep understanding of the blockchain and crypto ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs.
Personal Branding:
- Strong social media presence with demonstrable influence in the crypto community.
- Ability to leverage personal networks for professional growth.
Proactive Approach:
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
