Business Development

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead with a deep understanding of the Web3 and crypto space to join our team. This role is critical to driving partnerships, managing key relationships, and building our brand within the Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Web3 marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work closely with KOLs, investors, and advisors to help scale our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • KOL Outreach and Management:
  • Identify and reach out to influential Web3 Crypto KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for partnerships.
  • Negotiate deals and terms with KOLs to drive marketing and integration opportunities.
  • Manage KOL schedules and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Investor Relations:
  • Take calls with prospective investors and align deal flow with organizational goals.
  • Provide clear communication to investors regarding project updates and opportunities.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Create and negotiate marketing and integration partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the social media team to ensure timely announcements and updates.
  • Advisory Board Screening:
  • Help identify and screen potential advisors for the advisory board based on credentials and fit.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align on strategies and execute initiatives effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Web3 marketing, with a proven track record of managing partnerships and relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confidence and ability to conduct professional calls with partners, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with crypto trends, ecosystems, and the broader blockchain industry.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network of Web3 KOLs, investors, and advisors.
  • Experience in partnership negotiation and execution within the crypto space.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technologies and token ecosystems.
