Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead ChainSeeker’s global marketing strategies. In this role, you will define our brand narrative, grow user adoption, and amplify our position as the go-to solution for airdrop farming. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team, ensuring our messaging resonates with both crypto enthusiasts and newcomers to the space.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute holistic marketing plans that elevate ChainSeeker’s brand, drive user acquisition, and increase overall market presence.

- Brand Management: Refine our tone of voice, visual identity, and community engagement to align with the vision of simplifying Web3 for all.

- Market Analysis: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to shape data-driven marketing campaigns.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee collaborations with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout all platforms.

- Budget & ROI Management: Allocate, track, and optimize marketing spend to maximize return on investment.

- Thought Leadership: Represent ChainSeeker at conferences, media events, and key networking opportunities worldwide.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of senior marketing leadership, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or tech startups.

- Proven ability to develop and deliver successful global marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Extensive experience managing and mentoring a diverse marketing team (social media, content, design, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of Web3 technologies, DeFi concepts, and the broader crypto ecosystem.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; additional languages are a plus.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from marketing metrics.
