We are building a next-generation public blockchain architecture powered by cutting-edge cryptographic technologies such as Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) and witness encryption. Through the innovative design of separating computation from verification, we significantly improve on-chain performance, user privacy, and system security.

The platform is modular and scalable, supporting a wide range of applications including payment systems and AI agents. Our goal is to drive the adoption and implementation of Web3 technologies across diverse scenarios.

Backed and built by pioneers in the blockchain space, including the Neo Foundation and a globally distributed team of well-known PhDs, cryptographers, researchers/engineers and leaders. We're in a well-funded stealth position, pre-launch with active R&D.

🎯 The Role

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the United States); Type: Full-time; Start Date: ASAP

We’re hiring our 1st Head of Marketing on the Founding Team — a strategic leader and hands-on sole builder who will launch and scale our brand from zero. This is a rare opportunity to architect the identity, developer appeal, and growth engine of a fundamentally new blockchain platform. Being on the founding team, you'll help shape key upcoming milestones, including initial announcement, pre-testnet marketing, ecosystem onboarding, community incentives and mainnet launch. You'll also work cross-functionally with our global team founders, engineering, research, GTM, operations and people teams, as well as external partners like the Neo Foundation, community and builders.

🛠️ What You'll Do

• Brand Development: Own the creation of our brand identity (name, logo, narrative, tone, visual design) from scratch — ensuring it resonates with developers and evokes technical credibility + rebellious spirit.
• Developer & Product Marketing: Craft messaging and positioning that speaks directly to technical builders, cryptographers, and early adopters.
• Content & Social Strategy: Build and manage technical and non-technical content across all platforms (X/Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Discord, blog, newsletters, Farcaster, GPTs, etc. ). Translate complex ideas into sharp, engaging formats. SEO Strategy
• Community & Ecosystem Growth: Drive early developer and user community initiatives. Activate Discord/Telegram, run technical AMAs, collaborate on hackathons.
• Launch Planning: Work with the Executive team to develop/put into action the full Go-To-Market strategy for pre-launch, testnet, mainnet, and ecosystem partner integrations.
• PR & Narrative Ownership: Work with media, influencers, and aligned thought leaders to shape and amplify our story in the crypto space.
• Performance & Insights: Define KPIs, measure outcomes, and optimize across channels using data.
• Onboarding & Managing vendor relationships like brand design studio, PR, partnerships, etc.

Requirements

✅ You Should Have

• 7+ years of crypto marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (CMO, Head of Marketing, etc.)
• Track record of success marketing to developers — especially for L1s, ZK protocols, modular blockchains, or developer tooling
• Fluency in blockchain evolving culture — from Ethereum and Solana to meme mechanics and on-chain community-building
• Proven experience building a brand from zero — including naming, messaging, voice, and identity systems
• Ability to balance technical depth with narrative simplicity
• Obsession with the psychology of builders and investors — why they commit, switch, or evangelize
• Deep understanding of multi-channel execution: social, content, events, community, and performance marketing

💎 Bonus Points

• Experience launching or growing a blockchain brand using ZK or modular infrastructure
• Past success building viral campaigns or emotionally resonant narratives in crypto
• Content creation ability (writing, visual direction, or editing)
• Strategic mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves — sole contributor to start
• Familiar with tools like Notion, Figma, Webflow, X, Discord bots, Substack, etc.
