Role Responsibilities
Lead the launch of the global Ambassador Program and manage the day to day operations
Work with Community Lead to create and implement iterative scaling strategy aligned with business objectives and goals
Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a diverse and impactful group of ambassadors to expand audiences, awareness, community engagement and build global culture
Work with Marketing and Ecosystem teams to design and execute impactful campaigns and programs that align with business objectives and goals
Develop and hone successful incentive plans, management systems and strategies for ambassadors
Manage and track deliverables, performance/KPIs, and ROI using data centric tools and systems to drive meaningful insights
Collaborate with Marketing to shape and promote content, ensure seamless brand and product storytelling, and create content repositories and resources
Represent the organization at in-person and virtual events
Basic Qualifications
3+ years professional tech community experience, and 1+ years managing ambassador programs
Background in Web3 and/or Gaming
Excellent people management and networking skills; familiar with how to recruit and manage creator/influencer types
Highly organized and data driven, with exceptional project and program management abilities
Professionally fluent with a variety of social platforms and community tools
Professionally proficient in English, verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidate has PLG experience
Professionally proficient in Mandarin or Korean
