Role Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of the global Ambassador Program and manage the day to day operations

• Work with Community Lead to create and implement iterative scaling strategy aligned with business objectives and goals

• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a diverse and impactful group of ambassadors to expand audiences, awareness, community engagement and build global culture

• Work with Marketing and Ecosystem teams to design and execute impactful campaigns and programs that align with business objectives and goals

• Develop and hone successful incentive plans, management systems and strategies for ambassadors

• Manage and track deliverables, performance/KPIs, and ROI using data centric tools and systems to drive meaningful insights

• Collaborate with Marketing to shape and promote content, ensure seamless brand and product storytelling, and create content repositories and resources

• Represent the organization at in-person and virtual events

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years professional tech community experience, and 1+ years managing ambassador programs

• Background in Web3 and/or Gaming

• Excellent people management and networking skills; familiar with how to recruit and manage creator/influencer types

• Highly organized and data driven, with exceptional project and program management abilities

• Professionally fluent with a variety of social platforms and community tools

• Professionally proficient in English, verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has PLG experience

• Professionally proficient in Mandarin or Korean
