We are looking for a qualified Community Growth Manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional person, experienced in driving sustainable community growth in a fast-paced environment, while managing promotional events, we would like to meet you.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and can come up with creative, engaging, and sustainable community growth initiatives. You should be a ‘people person’ with great social skills and come with knowledge about the crypto industry and the specific needs of the communities in this environment.
This role needs you to co-lead and manage several existing initiatives over time, which requires appropriate management skills.
Responsibilities
- Set and implement community growth campaigns in alignment with overarching strategies and other departments
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Co-lead Ambassador and Regional programs in order to ensure our growth campaigns are being implemented across all Community Management fields
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure brand consistency
- Liaise with Development and Business Development departments to stay updated on new products and features
- Monitor and track community growth related data
- Stay up-to-date with crypto trends
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Community Manager with a strong focus on community growth
- Experience launching community growth initiatives (e.g. launching engaging giveaways/contests, launching an ambassador program, creating a community event series, etc.)
- Good management skills
- Ability to identify and track relevant community growth metrics (e.g. new members, new member retention, etc.)
- Ability to interpret community growth and engagement metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact, kindness, and professionalism
- Experience in the crypto industry
- Hands on experience with coordinating with different departments
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience working remote
