Community Manager

As Community Lead, you will assume the pivotal role of fostering and nurturing a close-knit relationship with our community. Through gaining an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, a successful Community Lead will engage and inspire community members through clear and considerate communication.

Responsibilities

Among other things, you will be accountable for:

●        Community Development: 

• Cultivate and nurture an active and thriving Web 3 community, focusing on engaging developers and creators. 
• Formulate and execute strategies to elevate community participation, interactions, and growth across platforms like Discord and X (formerly know as Twitter). 
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging within the community. 

●        Moderation Team Management: 

• Manage and expand a team of moderators as the community continues to grow, providing training and guidance as necessary. 
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to establish a consistent schedule for announcements, promotions, and giveaways. 

●        Event Coordination: 

• Schedule, manage, and promote events such as X Spaces and other live activities on Discord, enhancing community engagement. 
• Lead the ideation and execution of successful online and offline developer campaigns, including hackathons, workshops, and conferences, to bolster the community's involvement. 
• Plan and execute online and offline events and meet-ups in your region, fostering a stronger sense of community both digitally and in person. 

●        Community Metrics and Reporting: 

• Analyze and present community performance metrics, engagement data, and growth statistics. 
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions for community enhancement.
