The Zero Knowledge Podcast is seeking a skilled and driven Community & Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in growing and engaging with our community. This position combines technical expertise in zero-knowledge proofs, cryptography, and distributed systems with the ability to craft compelling content and foster meaningful connections.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a community-focused marketing strategy that aligns with the values of our community.
- Manage social media channels, newsletters, and other communication platforms.
- Craft compelling and authentic content to promote podcast episodes, events, and other initiatives.
- Engage with the ZK community, fostering relationships and ensuring our presence in relevant spaces.
- Collaborate with our team to explore innovative ways to bring new members into the ZK ecosystem.
What you bring:
- A deep understanding of the ZK space and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with our podcast and community values.
- Strong marketing and content creation skills, with the ability to navigate the fine line between informative and engaging without resorting to cheap tactics.
- Proven experience managing communities or projects in tech or related fields.
- A proactive approach, with ideas for how to elevate our brand visibility and engagement.
Bonus/Nice to have:
- Deep technical understanding ZK and adjacent technologies
- You have already attended some of our events and are familiar with our work over the years
- Have a blog, active twitter account, or create some content of your own about ZK or a similar topic.
