Crypto Growth Marketer (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced crypto growth marketer to support and boost the visibility and traction of Brahma’s multi-chain expansion, with a stream of new features constantly launching.

Must Have: Experience at a crypto startup/company, ideally DeFi, marketing to crypto-native audience (degens)

The Role is fully remote and open for candidates in Europe and Asia. No US candidates

Responsibilities

• Twitter Marketing Conceptualise and execute highly-relevant social media campaigns on Twitter (Aimed at user interaction and signups, as well as pure brand visibility through “shitposting”).
• Content Creation, Narrative, and Management: Craft compelling, constant, content across multiple platforms to articulate the value of Brahma’s products, ensuring it resonates with various segments and narratives of the DeFi community (e.g Account Abstraction).
• Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with other companies and voices within the DeFi space to expand reach and drive adoption of Brahma products. Launch campaigns with other protocols, partnership, KOL interaction and campaigns.
• Community Engagement and Management: Actively engage with the community on Twitter for the brand to be constantly top of mind, together with forums, and other digital platforms to build brand presence and loyalty.
• Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate on all phases of campaign management with the marketing team, from concept through analysis, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

Must have 1+ year experience marketing at a crypto startup and be chad at Twitter, talking to crypto native audiences.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role with a focus on digital marketing in the technology or finance sectors, preferably in a startup environment.
• Crypto and Twitter Native Must have the pulse of the crypto market and CT at all times.
• Crypto Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and DeFi sectors with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, catchy marketing strategies and posts, thread.
• Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
• Innovative Thinking: Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to devise and implement unique marketing strategies that distinguish Brahma from competitors.
