We’re looking for a crypto-native business development and account management professional passionate about blockchain, AI, and robotics—someone eager to build new relationships, close deals, and help shape the future of emerging tech media.
The Role
This is a part-time (prorated) opportunity designed for sharp, entrepreneurial professionals looking to test the waters with significant upside potential. You’ll earn a base of $1,000–$2,000/month plus high, uncapped commissions (15–20%), with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and deal flow.
You’ll identify, engage, and close opportunities across blockchain protocols, AI startups, robotics innovators, crypto-native brands, VCs, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where initiative, relationships, and results drive success.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Outreach: Identify target partners and lead outreach across email, Telegram, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), and at events.
- Relationship Management: Lead discovery calls, proposals, and ongoing partner communication.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate on strategic positioning, pitch materials, and contracts; maintain CRM updates (HubSpot).
- Deal Execution: Support proposal creation, negotiation, invoicing, and partner onboarding.
- Post-Sale Growth: Manage renewals, upsells, and long-term relationships.
- Internal Collaboration: Sync with the core team on pipeline, strategy, and campaign delivery.
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management.
- Proven background in Web3, crypto, or AI ecosystems (mandatory).
- Strong existing network across crypto protocols, exchanges, funds, and frontier tech leaders.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder, comfortable juggling multiple conversations.
- Highly organized, outcome-driven, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
- Bonus: Experience in media sales, event sponsorships, or tech partnerships.
Compensation & Growth
- Base: $1,000–$2,000/month (part-time, prorated).
- Commission: 15–20% per deal, uncapped.
- Accelerators: Earn up to 2x for exceeding targets.
- Future: Potential transition to full-time and senior revenue or partnerships role.
Location
- Candidates must be based in or able to easily travel to a major crypto hub (New York City, San Francisco, London, Paris, Singapore, or Dubai).
