Astra DAO is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. The Social Media Manager will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.To be successful as a Social Media Manager, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. Ultimately, a top-notch Social Media Manager should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents.

Responsibilities

Run advertising campaigns on company social media platforms.
Formulate high-quality written and visual content tailored for each social media campaign.
Maintain a consistent online presence, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and manage the company's brand reputation on social media.
Engage with influencers to amplify brand reach and impact.
Respond promptly and courteously to comments and inquiries on all social media accounts.
Grow Token Metrics social media accounts by 5% a month
Reach out for interviews
Utilize graphic design tools like Canva AI and Adobe to create visually appealing content for social media.
Collaborate with product manager to deliver compelling visual stories across platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in managing social media strategies and channels for brands or businesses.
Crypto Native (Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO)
Proven track record of experience working in cryptocurrency, web 3, and blockchain as a social media manager/content creator.
Experience in developing and posting content across various social media platforms.
Proficiency in social media metrics and performance analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
