The Social Media Manager will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.To be successful as a Social Media Manager, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. Responsibilities

• Run advertising campaigns on company social media platforms.
• Formulate high-quality written and visual content tailored for each social media campaign.
• Maintain a consistent online presence, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and manage the company's brand reputation on social media.
• Engage with influencers to amplify brand reach and impact.
• Respond promptly and courteously to comments and inquiries on all social media accounts.
• Grow Token Metrics social media accounts by 5% a month
• Reach out for interviews
• Utilize graphic design tools like Canva AI and Adobe to create visually appealing content for social media.
• Collaborate with product manager to deliver compelling visual stories across platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in managing social media strategies and channels for brands or businesses.
• Crypto Native (Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO)
• Proven track record of experience working in cryptocurrency, web 3, and blockchain as a social media manager/content creator.
• Experience in developing and posting content across various social media platforms.
• Proficiency in social media metrics and performance analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
