This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of growth, strategy, and execution. You will partner with studios to uncover their biggest opportunities, design data-informed experiments, and deliver measurable impact across acquisition, engagement, and monetisation. We’re looking for someone who combines structured problem-solving with practical execution. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, global team helping shape how the next generation of games reach and retain players across the web3 ecosystem. You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:
- Define and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes for Korean partner studios
- Identify the most impactful levers across acquisition, engagement, and monetisation, and design clear experiments to test them
- Translate learnings from growth initiatives into frameworks and repeatable playbooks that can scale across markets
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to shape initiatives that drive player growth and studio success
- Advise studio leadership on go-to-market planning, performance insights, and strategic opportunities for expansion
- Track and report on outcomes such as MRR, retention, and conversion to inform future investment and prioritisation
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:
- A strategic foundation, ideally built through at least three years in top-tier consulting followed by hands-on experience in tech, startups, gaming, or digital environments
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and turn insights into action
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with comfort interpreting data and business performance metrics
- A bias toward delivery and tangible outcomes, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Korean and English
- Genuine curiosity about gaming, digital ecosystems, and emerging technologies like web3
Bonus Points For ✅:
- Crypto native or prior exposure to web3, gaming, or digital assets
- Experience in growth, performance marketing, or product experimentation
- Familiarity with web3 ecosystems, NFT campaigns, or community-driven growth
- Experience building and scaling growth frameworks or playbooks in high-growth teams
- Exposure to cross-market initiatives across Asia or other global regions
