Your analysis and insights will empower product, marketing, and operations teams to better serve our developer community.Responsibilities:

• Collect, integrate and analyze data various source
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and insights
• Identify key metrics and drivers through statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Share recommendations with cross-functional partners to influence product, marketing, and operational decisions
• Create processes to measure analytics impact and continuously improve
• Stay updated on latest data tools and techniques

Who You Are:Our ideal Data Analyst is insatiably curious and thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and creative problem solving. Additional requirements include:

• Experience with business analytics tools like Mixpanel, Segment, and Google Analytics
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and statistical analysis
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and visualization skills
• Comfort with ambiguity to find insights in messy, real-world data
• Passion for web3 and interest in decentralization
