Your Mission / Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the Community Building Strategy & Vision and be involved with Execution: 
• Identify, connect with, and engage potential partners, collaborators, and community members in the blockchain and gaming ecosystems.
• Lead and support efforts to grow and engage a vibrant community of diverse people – from students, developers, gamers, and blockchain enthusiasts.
• Help drive participation and engagement and in both online and offline community events.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, community members, and future partners.
• Collaborative and Agile Leadership: 
• Be involved with cross-functional teams like design, engineering, marketing, growth etc. to deliver on community building goals while fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Own and manage the different tasks, prioritize what will lead to the highest impact, to deliver key milestones.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Data-driven approach with the analytical ability to analyze insights, make informed and rapid decisions to drive goal execution.
• Continuously analyze community behavior and metrics to optimize performance, engagement, and retention to improve the platform
• Leverage data to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities and gather community feedback
• Project Management, Logistics & Event Organization
• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing logistics for in-person and virtual events. This includes helping coordinate for our upcoming conference on November 19-23.
• Support for Special Projects: 
• Be involved on special ad hoc projects to champion your own ideas from zero to one, support the Ecosystem’s growth
• Support can range from both technical and nontechnical skill sets like creating event reports, creating pitches, or coordinating with vendors and venues, and help ship new products being incubated
