We ship weekly, and you'll be at the forefront of our innovation.Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the development team in architecting and scaling our products, leveraging our React, Laravel, and AWS stack while overseeing migration to Node.js.
- Craft detailed requirements documentation, translating product vision into actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly OKRs for the dev team.
- Analyze data to drive product improvements and optimize our development processes for rapid deployment.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to grow and strengthen our engineering team.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between engineering efforts and overall company goals.
- Strong technical background with a product-oriented mindset
- Proven track record of building and shipping successful products
- Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
- Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Thrives in a startup environment and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Passion for Web3 and developer education (preferred but not required)
