GCC Community Manager

Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage local online and offline Binance communities in the GCC. 
• Plan and implement community-building strategies via various local social channels and offline events to drive engagement and foster a sense of community among our users.
• Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the community while collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align all community expectations.
• Manage the Binance Angels program and coordinate collaboration between Angels and the Binance team.

Requirements:

• Must have strong knowledge of crypto/blockchain space, related terminologies and trends and have a liking for the industry.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years launching and managing community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, managing social media platforms).
• Deep understanding of the MENA region with a focus on GCC. 
• Strong knowledge of marketing channels and community platforms such as Telegram and Discord.
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours when required to address high priority escalations and needs sourced from the crypto community.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking and analytical skills to generate insights with data.
• Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.
• Must speak fluent English & Arabic.
