We’re looking for a Growth Hacker to join our team and execute growth strategies designed by our Head of Growth. This role is hands-on and will give you exposure to a wide range of growth initiatives across multiple projects, especially within the crypto space.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our social media accounts.
- Oversee and engage in X (Twitter) communities.
- Moderate and activate Telegram & Discord communities.
- Identify, coordinate, and manage partnership opportunities.
- Test and activate different marketing channels.
- Create and distribute content that resonates with our target audiences.
- Work closely with the growth team to implement strategies across projects.

- A self-starter with a strong interest in crypto, web3, and emerging technologies.
- Someone who’s comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen learner who can quickly absorb and adapt to our growth playbooks and methods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage authentically with online communities.
- Creative and resourceful with a “hacker” mindset for experimenting and iterating on growth tactics.
