We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own our marketing funnel end to end — from awareness to conversion. This role is for someone who can generate demand (paid + organic) and convert that demand efficiently through funnels, landing pages, and ongoing optimization.
You will be responsible for driving measurable growth across Web3-native channels, experimenting aggressively, and scaling what works.
This is not a coordination role — we’re looking for a builder, operator & executor.Â
Someone who will work closely with our growth strategist who is designing the direction for you to execute upon.
Responsibilities
1. Awareness & Traffic Growth
Paid Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant platforms
- (e.g. X/Twitter, Google, YouTube, Reddit, Web3 ad networks, newsletters, influencers)
- Own media buying: targeting, creatives, budgets, attribution, and reporting
- Run continuous experimentation on messaging, audiences, and creatives
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining CAC efficiency
Organic & Web3-Native Growth
- Drive organic awareness within the Web3 ecosystem
- Build and activate partnerships (protocols, communities, creators, DAOs, newsletters)
- Collaborate with community and social channels to amplify reach
- Leverage growth hacking tactics relevant to Web3 (drops, launches, incentives, virality loops)
2. Conversion & Funnel Ownership
Funnel Strategy & Execution
- Design and build full-funnel user journeys from first touch to conversion
- Set up and manage landing pages (copy, structure, UX)
- Implement tracking and analytics across the funnel
Conversion Rate Optimization
- Continuously analyze funnel performance and user behavior
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, messaging, CTAs, and flows
- Optimize for key metrics: CVR, CAC, LTV, activation, and retention
Funnel Management
- Own funnel performance end to end
- Identify drop-offs and bottlenecks and actively fix them
- Ensure traffic quality aligns with conversion goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a growth marketer, performance marketer, or demand gen lead
- Strong paid media & media buying experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize funnels
- Hands-on experience with landing page tools, analytics, and CRO
- Deep familiarity with Web3 audiences, culture, and channels
- Highly analytical, experimental, and metrics-driven
- Comfortable owning results, not just activities
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience marketing Web3 protocols, dApps, NFT projects, or crypto products
- Familiarity with attribution challenges in Web3
- Copywriting and messaging instincts
- Experience scaling from early traction to growth
