Responsibilities
- Management of department governance (how the department works, both in relation to itself and the other departments)
- Management of department tactics (the what, why and when something is worked on by the department)
- Management of people (business developer)
- Preparation of department based reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Organisation and moderation of department related meetings
- Representation of department to the community, media, and at events
- Conceptualize and implement new business development strategies
- On-board partners onto the Lisk blockchain application platform
- On-board cryptocurrency exchanges
Requirements
- Native level fluency in English (spoken and written)
- 5+ years professional business development experience
- University degree in management, business or similar field
- Outstanding leadership qualities
- Exceptional people and department management skills
- Good knowledge of Lisk, Bitcoin, Ethereum and other protocols
- Good knowledge of blockchainĀ
