Head of Marketing/Designer — Prediction Market

We are hiring a part-time Head of Marketing to lead brand, design, and growth for our decentralized prediction market. This role blends social media management, campaign leadership, marketing strategy, and hands-on design. You will own our public presence, drive community growth, and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across Web3. Responsibilities

• Manage social channels and craft a consistent, engaging brand voice.
• Design all brand materials, including graphics, marketing assets, and promotional content.
• Build growth strategies tailored to DeFi and prediction-market users.

Requirements

• Strong design skills; able to create all branded visuals independently.
• Previous experience in marketing, growth, or brand management (Web3/fintech preferred).
• Understanding of DeFi, crypto ecosystems, and prediction markets.
• Based in North America or Europe.
• Comfortable working part time (~20 hours/week) in a remote environment.
• Speak English

Compensation

• Paid in a percentage of the token supply.
