Head of Marketing & Social Media

We're looking for our first marketing hire to take full ownership of our social presence and content strategy. We’ve built a strong technical foundation but need someone who can turn our research, products, and ideas into compelling narratives that grow our community.

You'll have the freedom to experiment and shape the strategy—just walk us through your thinking. No long meetings, just execution.

About Us

Twyne is a credit-delegation protocol, leveraging the unused borrowing power of existing lending markets. Instead of separate pools for different risk parameters, Twyne allows all risk profiles to coexist within a single pool, with users opting into their desired level of exposure.

One of the challenges in DeFi lending is understanding and communicating risk. At Twyne, we’re not just building new lending infrastructure—we’re helping users navigate and engage with the full spectrum of risk in lending markets. Your role will be key in making these ideas accessible, clear, and engaging for a broader audience.

We're incubated by Euler, raised a pre-seed, and are currently in private beta, with launch approaching soon! Before this, we worked on risk assessments, audits, and mechanism design for protocols like Liquity. The team is highly technical and works asynchronously, mostly within CET time zones, but we adjust as needed when traveling.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow our presence across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and emerging channels
• Shape and execute a marketing strategy that keeps up with DeFi’s fast-moving landscape
• Leverage CT, industry debates, and emerging narratives to drive engagement
• Translate our research, product updates, and insights into compelling social content

What We’re Looking For

• Self-starter—this role is yours to own; if you don’t push, no one else will
• Growth mindset—Twyne is growing, and so should you
• Proven success in building and managing social accounts (personal brand, corporate, or both—share links!)
• Deep knowledge of Crypto Twitter and the ability to engage in relevant discussions
• Strong writing skills—concise, engaging, and capable of simplifying complex ideas
• Fluent in English (native speaker with DeFi experience is a big plus)
