Junior Partnerships Manager

As a Junior Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of Scroll’s ecosystem and our rollout to mainnet.We seek someone enthusiastic about helping shape Scroll’s ecosystem and supporting projects to onboard our zk rollup. This role manages and prioritizes inbound and owns outbound for strategic verticals. You will identify opportunities for fruitful partnerships, meet with potential partners (remote or at conferences), and ensure the ongoing success of Scroll’s partnership pipeline. This will require excellent organizational, data, and reporting skills and prioritizing the top of the funnel. The ideal candidate is familiar with the Ethereum ecosystem and shares Scroll's open-source, collaborative, and research-driven values when pursuing partnerships.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and be the first point of contact for new projects wanting to deploy on Scroll.
• Help the BD team prioritize the inbound pipeline and own the workflow to guide projects through onboarding.
• Contribute to the creation of the outreach strategy across different verticals.
• Map the growing dApp landscape, identify trends and patterns, and ultimately, projects that would enrich Scroll’s ecosystem.
• Based on the research above, build outbound campaigns - a prioritized list of projects to reach out.
• Identify project owners through Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and your own network.
• Reach out to targeted project owners and convince them to speak with Scroll.
• Work with data - projects, contacts, leads; and create reports and dashboards.
• Manage leads and sales pipeline in Scroll’s CRM system.

Qualifications

• Ability to build partnerships and have a proven track record and strong interest in BD, sales, or account management.
• Ability to process, sort, and filter data. Create reports and basic dashboards.
• Conscientious, organized, and self-motivated, able to define goals and prioritize your work.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex issues in clear, persuasive language.
• Interest in and some knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs and Layer 2 protocols.
• Understanding of the Ethereum community.
