Responsibilities:

Lead marketing management expansion plans and daily operations for launching new services
Lead local key marketing activities, such as developing new partnerships and organizing key events/meet-ups
Grow and manage local online and offline Binance communities
Moderate the regional Binance social media, platforms, and chat groups, and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness
Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms
Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of proven success in a similar roles
Experience in leading marketing, strong understanding of growth tactics, and a proven track record of working with high-performing teams
Understanding of the Balkans marketing blockchain industry and having industry relationships (journalists, top brands, media outlets, agencies etc.)
Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminology and trends, and a strong interest in crypto culture
Croatian native, English fluent
