Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine marketing strategies.
- Develop brand identity, including mission, positioning, and tone of voice.
- Define B2C/B2B audience segments and oversee landing page creation for waitlist sign-ups.
- Build and engage early communities (Telegram, Discord) with content and AMAs.
- Develop content strategy, run waitlist campaigns, and implement growth loops.
- Identify partnerships and conduct paid ad tests (Twitter/X, Facebook, Telegram).
- Establish user feedback loops and track KPIs for performance optimization.
- Manage marketing budget and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in crypto/Web3 marketing & community management.
- Expertise in brand development, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain, ICOs, and crypto regulations.
- Experience with community platforms (X, Discord, Telegram) and growth hacking.
- Analytical skills for performance tracking and KPI measurement.
- Leadership experience and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent English communication and networking skills in the crypto space.
Preferred:
- Existing Web3/crypto network.
- Experience with PR, media kits, and paid social campaigns.
- Passion for crypto industry trends.
