The Role (Remote)
As the Marketing and Community Lead of Moonke, you will develop and execute our marketing and community strategy, communications, and shape the brand image to the broader web3 community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing brand identity, leveraging social media and content marketing, and building a network of influential key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the GTM strategy for moonke.biz, defining goals, audience, positioning and messaging, and channel strategy.
- Lead social media strategy and content marketing, creating valuable, consistent content for our audience
- Identify and manage relationships with KOLs to maintain a strong industry presence
- Provide thought leadership to our executive leadership, product, and creative teams to gain buy-in on product marketing strategies
- Execute Moonke’s social strategy across all channels, including brand visuals, social media, and community management
- Engage with communities on Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and email newsletters, and other relevant channels
- Conduct market research and stay updated on cutting-edge web3 marketing tactics
- Attend events to build relationships with web3 influencers, builders, and investors
Who You Are
- You have done this before, have a clear playbook you can leverage, and know the degens meme trading world from both a creator and trader perspective
- Deep understanding of the influencer space with background in web3-native marketing and know how to build a strong network with the right long-term incentive alignment
- Strong writing skills and experience in working with short and long-form content
- Entrepreneurial, respectful, humble, and passionate about new forms of storytelling
- Minimum of 1,000 in X following
- Bonus if you're deep in Solana meme ecosystem (degen) =)
