Metaverse Marketing Manager

Neontech is looking for an experienced Crypto communication manager. This role is focused on being a subject matter expert and taking full ownership over all crypto-related activities including prospecting and demonstrations of the metaverse gaming token utility and sales. This role will assist in driving the entire organization’s top line through strategic crypto partnerships. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the crypto industry. A pre-existing network of relationships built with other blockchain companies and exchanges is highly preferred.

What you will be doing:

• Aggressively pursue relationships that will drive our token’s visibility and company revenue.
• Work with upper-level management to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly quarterly and annual goals.
• Call prospects to gain traction with specific key players in the industry, with the ability to reach decision-makers.
• Execute email and LinkedIn campaigns with experience in superior social networking practices.
• Identify new verticals, distribution channels, and target markets.
• Design and support the development of products, economy design tools, and decision-making and execution tools to optimize gaming and NFT marketplace economies
• Drafting an economic model for white papers and championing the system design for a crypto-economics system
• Analyze on-chain and market data through various analytics and data science tools to draw conclusions on the game economy and market.
• Meet potential investors and partners with the CEO

Pluses

• Strong interest in Web3, Metaverse, Crypto-economics, iGaming
• Solid understanding of the current state of Web3 crypto-economics, and blockchain technologies, with a focus on Metaverse game or casino projects
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts in gaming

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required with a degree in a technical or financial field preferred. MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• Proficient understanding of the Web3, Crypto, Fintech, & Metaverse TradFi industries and Payments with a keen focus on gaming strongly preferred
• 3 years of crypto and blockchain industry experience in business development or community manager or similar capacity.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to connect distributed teams across multiple geographic locations and time zones in a remote environment.
• Able to keep up in a young company’s fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with industry leaders, including C-suite executives and investors.
• Positive attitude, driven, highly motivated, and extremely passionate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Access to a network of senior-level industry executives is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills.
