Unique Music Discovery Platform | Lead Engineer

The Mission

Industree is a music ecosystem where talent is the primary currency and fans are active partners. We have built the engine: a first-of-its-kind discovery layer where music meets fantasy sports and prediction markets. We are looking for a dedicated engineer to take the reins of the platform today and grow into a long term technical partner.

The Founder

Brandon Beachum, has founded an Inc. fastest growing private company and hosted a top-five rated Apple podcast. He is stewarding Industree as a self-sustaining economy rather than a traditional startup.

To ensure the community and the builders own the value they create, Brandon is vesting his own token supply to signal his long term commitment. We are not building for a venture capital exit; we are building a platform inspired by the principles of a DAO where the revenue flows back to the artists, fans and builders who power it in perpetuity.

The Stack

You will inherit a platform that is 98 percent complete and that is currently in final testing for its June launch.

Frontend: Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Edge Functions)

Web3 (Upcoming): EVM Smart Contracts (Base), Platform Token, Artist Tokens 

Your Evolution at Industree

Phase One: Own the daily artist discovery loop. You will ensure the health of the platform by testing, shipping fixes, and maintaining the backend logic for our contest cycles.

Phase Two: Lead the implementation of new features in our roadmap including assisting with our bridge to Web3. You will help with the transition from our current Seeds economy into a full on-chain token launch in the months after launch.

The Smart Contract Component: We have external partners available for smart contract development, but having the interest or ability to work in Solidity is a significant plus. You will have the opportunity to either lead this development or collaborate with specialists to integrate the blockchain layer.

Technical Proficiency: You have shipped production-ready Next.js applications and are comfortable with PostgreSQL.

Critical Thinker: You identify what needs to be done and you ship the solutions without needing a manager to define your tasks.

Growth Mindset: You are either a seasoned architect or a talented developer with the drive to become one. You are excited to learn or deepen your knowledge of Web3.

Compensation & Upside

This is a founding-stage role for a technical partner, not a contract job. We want someone who is excited to be a significant stakeholder in the ecosystem. Initial compensation is paid in $BLOOMS, our platform token. As a primary token holder, you earn a share of platform revenue in perpetuity. Our token launch is expected in the coming months.

Salary After Launch: Once we hit our token launch and revenue milestones, a full cash salary kicks in. If we take this journey together, the path goes from tokens to salary as the platform grows.
