Epic Quest Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Producer to join our dynamic team working on an exciting Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) title. This role requires a deep understanding of game development processes, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality gaming experiences

What you'll help us build

• Project Management: Lead the development team through all phases of the game development lifecycle, from concept to release. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, artists, programmers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Schedule and Budget Management: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any challenges encountered.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality throughout the development process. Conduct regular playtests and provide feedback to the development team to ensure the game meets player expectations.

• Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation including personnel, equipment, and budget to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members to excel in their roles. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where creativity and innovation thrive.

• Optional: Web3 Integration: If applicable, leverage expertise in Web3 technologies to explore opportunities for integrating blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and other Web3 elements into the game experience. Collaborate with developers and external partners to implement innovative features that enhance player engagement and monetization.

Your craft

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Producer or Project Manager in the video game industry, with at least 3 years of experience shipping AAA titles or MMOs.

• Strong understanding of game development processes, including agile methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

• Passion for gaming and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
