Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role focusing heavily on the technical aspects of product development while still maintaining the core functions of product management, like stakeholder alignment and strategy. It requires someone who understands the technical intricacies of web platforms and can guide a development team through complex problems while still delivering products that align with the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product roadmaps, from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to align product development with company goals.
• Manage product development cycles using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Oversee product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Ensure optimal web performance and scalability using cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Work closely with developers on web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Vue.js, Node.js, Python).
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches.
• Web3 experience preferred but not essential.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies (JavaScript, front-end frameworks like React/Vue.js, back-end technologies like Node.js/Python).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and web performance optimization.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product success.
• Exceptional written and spoken English for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Preferable:

·      Familiarity with YouTube CID cms.

·      Experience in the music industry.
