Product Manager

Who You Are:

Galaxy Digital is one of the largest and leading firms in the Cryptocurrency space and is building cutting edge technology to help it grow and scale with the ever-increasing demand. You will be working with a unique and driven team building exciting new systems from scratch, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and business owners.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with aligned business unit(s) to identify requirements related to that platform
• Translate requirements into deliverable technology spec
• Work with developers to build, test, manage and release the systems while being in constant contact with the respective stakeholders
• Implement SDLC processes around development, testing, releasing, tracking work, prioritization and roadmap

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience in product or project management, business development or technology
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience working in Technology management

Bonus Points:

• Demonstrated history of defining, building, and shipping technology-heavy software products in an ambiguous environment, with completion of full product lifecycle (from concept through launch)
• Demonstrated use of qualitative and quantitative customer feedback to drive successful product strategies and outcomes
• Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Cryptocurrency
