What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Own the strategy and execution of the Gomu sales enablement program, ensuring the Sales team is equipped with the content, resources, tools, training, and metrics necessary to effectively differentiate and sell Gomu products.
- This role will be responsible for creating new content and driving strategic initiatives related to the sales process
- Work directly with sales, sellers, and various stakeholders to assess sales enablement needs as well as scope, design and launch enablement strategies and training programs that achieve key operational goals.
- Exercise knowledge and proficiency in our enterprise buyer behavior and technical Sales strategies to create continuous enablement strategies through multiple channels.
- Define, measure and report out on key metrics defining success and areas for improvement post-launch
- Facilitate training sessions and serve as an expert in specialized training areas
- Evaluate, strategize and execute on any offline / online marketing initiatives representing the Gomu brand
- You will think big about the future of crypto and how you can bring more companies into the Web3 more quickly.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 3-5 years of Sales Enablement or B2B Product Marketing experience.
- Experience developing new sales onboarding training, content, wiki pages, online courses, and sales materials.
- Proficiency with content management systems, CRM, LMS, and Learning platforms
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively, both verbally and in writing
- Outstanding prioritization and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple, cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done.
