We’re building a bold, dynamic brand that speaks the language of the modern gamer and crypto-native. As we grow our online presence, we’re looking for a Reply Guy to take the lead on community-facing engagement — specifically across X (Twitter), Discord, and related platforms.

About the Role:

The Reply Guy will be responsible for managing real-time interactions across social platforms, keeping the tone sharp, fun, and always on-brand. This role is about more than just replying — it’s about building relationships, sparking conversations, and making sure our community feels seen, heard, and entertained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the replies and day-to-day conversations on X (Twitter), Discord, and other platforms
• Engage with our community, influencers, and other accounts in real-time
• Jump into relevant threads, memes, and trending conversations to increase visibility
• Represent Rekt Games’ brand voice in a way that’s fun, sharp, and culturally in tune
• Work with the content and marketing teams to align engagement with overall campaigns
• Surface community feedback, insights, and emerging trends that can drive strategy

Requirements:

• Proven experience in community management or real-time social engagement
• Solid knowledge of Web3, gaming, and crypto culture is required
• Comfortable navigating X (Twitter), and other community-first platforms
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand tone
• Ability to stay on top of fast-moving trends, memes, and online behavior
• Self-starter, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with a Web3 or crypto-native brand
• Background in content creation, meme marketing, or audience engagement
• Familiarity with gaming influencers, creators, and crypto-native personalities
