About the Role
We seek a motivated and ambitious Sales & Business Development Associate to drive growth and expand our reach. Your duties will include selling our existing SaaS product and growing our protocol. This role suits both junior candidates ready to step up their careers and mid-level professionals experienced in customer acquisition.
Most important are your passion for DeFi, understanding of the sales cycle, and a drive to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Outreach: Identify and engage potential customers, offering our automation services and white-label products.
- Business Development: Explore and propose new use cases for our automation protocol, keeping the pulse on market trends and user needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships, meeting their needs and finding opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
- Location: Must be based in Europe (for traveling efficiency).
- Interest in DeFi: A genuine passion for DeFi and a solid understanding of its workings. Prior experience in DeFi or Web3 is a big plus.
- Sales Knowledge: Understanding the sales cycle and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
