Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated, and organized salesperson to join our team. This remote role will require identifying crypto projects in need of market-making services for their exchange activities and those requiring OTC (Over-the-Counter) deals. The role will also involve travel to crypto conferences and other networking events to cultivate relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong connections in the crypto community, and a good understanding of market-making or OTC trading.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target crypto projects that require market-making services for their exchange activities.
- Prospecting and client follow-up through cold-calls, emails and other means of communication.
- Source and cultivate relationships with projects in need of OTC deals for their digital assets.
- Attend crypto conferences and networking events to build and strengthen relationships with potential clients.
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain and track outreach activities using CRM software, ensuring meticulous records of all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs and close deals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the crypto space to effectively position our services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong drive to succeed.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the crypto space.
- Knowledgeable of market-making or OTC trading.
- Established relationships within the crypto community and a network of potential clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed CRM records.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel to conferences and networking events.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your schedule effectively.
