Senior Growth Specialist (Campaigns)

As a Senior Growth Specialist (Campaigns), you will: 

• Initiate, plan, and execute growth and performance marketing strategies to support a portfolio of new crypto and blockchain initiatives by ZipX, by increasing reach, driving new user acquisition, activation, and retention in a scalable and efficient way 
• Manage marketing campaigns across outbound and inbound channels including social media, email, paid media, search engine optimization, influencer outreach, and other viral product initiatives 
• Coordinate and project manage marketing campaigns by working closely with creative and community teams to roll out engaging marketing collateral and content 
• Monitor campaign progress and conduct post-campaign analysis including channel analysis and gathering user feedback 
• Identify potential gaps and opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of the team’s work 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Native or fluent ability in speaking and writing English and Thai. 
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant campaigns and digital marketing experience, preferably in crypto, gaming, or tech industry, or/and in the growth-stage of start-ups. 
• Well organized and highly structured, with high attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities. 
• Adaptable and flexible in operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
• Passionate about crypto, NFTs, gaming, internet culture, tech and innovation is required.
• In-depth crypto community and industry knowledge is an advantage. 
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or related fields is an advantage.
