About this team

Game7 is on the lookout for a Senior Product Designer who brings a blend of expertise in web3 and gaming UI/UX design. This pivotal role within the Game7 Design Team focuses on spearheading the design efforts for our innovative Summon product. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a deep passion forcreating immersive user experiences and has a proven ability to craft intuitive and engaging designs that resonate with users at every touchpoint

Your Role

• Design Leadership: Take charge of the design process for the Summon product from concept through to launch, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.

• Collaborative Expertise: Forge strong collaborations with a diverse team ofdevelopers, product managers, and designers to unify around the product's vision and address user requirements.

• User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles throughoutthe project lifecycle. Utilize user research, personas, and user testing to inform design decisions

• Creative and Interactive Design: Craft striking visual designs, user flows, and interactive elements that resonate with our web3 gaming platform’s goals, ensuring intuitive user interactions.

• Design System Adherence: Align all design work with Game7's establisheddesign system, while remaining flexible to adapt to new industry standards and design evolutions.

• Iterative Design Process: Embrace user and team feedback to continually refine and enhance product designs, ensuring an ever-improving user experience.

• Client Customization: Tailor UI designs to meet the specific aesthetic and system requirements of various clients, ensuring consistency and quality across the board.

• Product Development Support: Contribute to the creation and refinement of new products and web designs, playing a key role in Game7's broad project spectrum.

• Prototyping and Testing: Validate and refine designs through wireframing and the creation of dynamic, interactive prototypes, followed by thorough user testing to gauge interaction and behavior.

• Design Documentation and Collaboration: Produce comprehensive design documents and specifications for the development team. Work in close partnership with stakeholders across departments to ensure a coherent product vision.

• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing competitor products and trends, and creating conceptual designs that support our place as a market leader.

• Communication and Systematization: Present design concepts and justifications to stakeholders and team members persuasively. Develop or enhance a design system to ensure uniformity across all Game7 products.

• Support Product Development: Assist in the development of new products, web design, and other initiatives across Game7, contributing to a diverse range of projects.

Your Craft

• Experience: At least 6+ years of experience in product design with a significant portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, particularly in the web3 and gaming space.

• Skills: Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe CreativeSuite) and an understanding of HTML/CSS/JS is advantageous. Excellent visualdesign skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Leadership: Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers. Strong ability to communicate design visions and principles to team members and stakeholders.

• User Research: Experienced in conducting user experience research and translating insights into design decisions. Familiarity with web3 technologies and how they impact user experience.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where the product constantly adapts to user needs and market trends.

• Passion for Gaming: A genuine passion for gaming and an understanding ofwhat makes a gaming experience engaging and fun for the user.

• Experience with Web3 Technologies: Demonstrated experience in developing web3 technology products, with a comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology's role in enhancing user experiences within the gaming industry.

Extra credit

• Experience in DAOs: A deep understanding of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), including their structure, function, and significance in the web3 ecosystem. Familiarity with how DAOs can impact product design and user engagement in gaming platforms.
