About the role
- You will be working alongside the Openhedge team on our various projects
- You will develop Solidity smart contracts based on project mechanisms
- You will write tests covering our solidity contracts
- You will write or review code for various applications
- You will liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements
- You will define new standards and smart contract integrations
- You will be expected to mentor other team members to refine their technical and architectural skills
What we expect
- Team Management (task assignment, organization, communication, leading sprints/stand-ups, etc.)
- You have more than 5 years of experience in shipping great products
- You have shipped some web3 products previously
- Experience with smart contracts on Ethereum
- Experience with Postgres or other databases; experience with decentralized data storage solutions is a plus
- Understanding of decentralized finance and popular products (e.g. staking, options, yield farming and other)
- Experience with version control, such as Git
- You enjoy having ownership over everything you ship and you understand best practices and what it means to write maintainable code
